An exciting young conductor, composer and performer based in London, Jessica is currently Musical Director of the award-winning chamber choir, the London Concord Singers, the East London Chorus and the London Orpheus Choir, and has just finished working as Associate Musical Director of Pegasus Choir. Alongside this Jessica is a sought-after freelance rehearsal conductor and, most recently, has worked with the London Symphony Chorus, Milton Keynes Chorale, Ealing Common Choir,  St Michael’s Church choir in Bray and the News International Choir.

Jessica has an MA in Choral Conducting from the University of Birmingham where she studied with Simon Halsey CBE. She has previously worked with choirs such as the St Ives Choral Society, Barclays Capital Choir and Perry Barr Community Choir. As a vocal coach Jessica has taken sessions with Allegro Chamber Choir in Cambridge and the Richmond Women’s Chorus in Virginia, USA.

Also a successful composer, Jessica has won multiple competitions and her choral works have been premiered in prestigious venues including Guildford Cathedral, the Victoria Rooms in Bristol and Chevy Chase United Methodist Church in Washington, DC. She also edits vocal and string backing, most recently for Singer/Songwriter Archie Smith.

Jessica has a Diploma in Singing Performance and has performed in multiple BBC Proms concerts, including being in the semi-chorus of Elgar’s Dream of Gerontius. In her second project with the London Symphony Chorus she was the soprano soloist for their performance of Bernstein’s Chichester Psalms in the Barbican.

Christmas Season
Alongside multiple concerts with her permanent choirs, Jessica will also be working with the Keystone Singers in the run up to their Christmas concert, singing soprano solo with the Ealing Common Choir and conducting London Orpheus Choir for their annual Christmas event for PHAB at St James’ Piccadilly.

Royal Exchange

Henley Youth Choir
This term Jessica has started work as Musical Director of the Henley Youth Choirs. Their first concert together will be on Saturday 8 December with the Henley Choral Society and Peter Asprey.

Glamour on the Green
After a successful performance at Wanstead’s opera gala this year, Jessica has been asked back as the featured soprano at Glamour on the Green 2019

Collaboration Concert
On 13 April 2019, Jessica will be conducting the East London Chorus and London Concord Singers in a collaboration concert, featuring Schnittke’s Concerto for Choir in the stunning venue of St Pancras Church.


Jessica is the Musical Director of the East London Chorus, Henley Youth Choirs, London Concord Singers and London Orpheus Choir, alongside recently working with Pegasus Choir as their Associate Musical Director.

She has also worked intermittently with the London Symphony Chorus, Ealing Common Choir, News International Choir, Milton Keynes Chorale, Ealing Common Choir and St Michael’s Church Choir, Bray. Her past engagements include the Hilton Youth Choir, St Ives Choral Society and Barclays Captial Choir, alongside her repeat invitations to rehearse the CBSO Chorus and LSO Come and Sing days.

With a DipABRSM in Singing Performance, Jessica also takes choral technique workshops including Allegro Chamber Choir, Richmond Women’s Chorus in Virginia and at Oak Hill Primary School.

Jessica has been commissioned to write and edit music across the UK, America and Germany, including choral compositions, film scores, full orchestrations and arrangements. These have been performed in prestigious venues such as Guildford Cathedral, Chevy Chase United Methodist Church in Washington DC and Victoria Rooms in Bath. She has also transcribed orchestral parts for such pieces as Lotus Feet by Steve Vai and most recently edited the string accompaniment for Paris by singer/songwriter Archie Smith.

Currently Jessica is working on an a cappella choral piece for the London Concord Singers based on the Irish folk story “The Harp of Dagda”.

Achilles Lullaby


Jessica is a lyric soprano and, with a Diploma in Singing Performance from ABRSM, has performed in prestigious venues around the UK and beyond as part of a choir and as a soloist. Most recently she performed as the soprano soloist for Ealing Common Choir’s performance of Handel’s Utrecht Te Deum and was the featured soprano at this year’s Wanstead Opera Gala; Glamour on the Green.

She has performed in three BBC proms in recent years including Mahler 3 and Beethoven 9, and was part of the BBC Proms Youth Choir singing in the semi-chorus of Elgar’s “Dream of Gerontius” under Sir Simon Rattle. Examples of her solo performances include Finzi’s “Lo, the Full, Final Sacrifice” in Birmingham’s Elgar Concert Hall and Bernstein’s “Chichester Psalms” in the Barbican. She also sang on ITV’s The Halcyon in 2017.
